Areas

Load data to see area roll-ups.
CPM = net ÷ distinct members. ACC = net ÷ distinct claims. Freq = distinct claims ÷ distinct members. Members and claims are de-duplicated per area, so the total row is not the column sum. Roll-ups come from zone membership. Hulls are advisory until you drag one — a border you edit then defines which providers belong to that zone.
